What do we do?

A Recipe for Independence provides cooking classes tailored for individuals with disabilities, aiming to enhance their kitchen skills, confidence, and overall independence. This encompasses various aspects like recipe comprehension, cooking techniques, portioning, measurements, safe appliance use, hygiene, cleaning, and food storage.

What do our sessions involve?
